You cannot download results directly from the Ask AI panel, but if your query returned a table or dataset there is a straightforward way to get that data out.
How to export Ask AI results
When Ask AI returns a table, for example a list of team members who have not taken time off in the past six months, it will include a link to the relevant report tab in RemotePass.
That link opens the report with the correct filters already applied, matching the query you ran in Ask AI. From there you can download the data as a CSV in the usual way.
You do not need to rebuild the query or manually set the filters. Ask AI does that for you and hands you off to the right place to export.
