Workers can only access their own assigned Spend Cards and the transactions made with those cards. This keeps company data private while giving workers the tools they need to manage and secure their cards.
In the Spend Cards section, workers can view:
All Spend Cards assigned to them
Card status (Active, Frozen, or Blocked)
Card details, limits and available balance
Transaction history
Receipt and memo requirements per transaction
Workers can’t see:
Company-wide balances
Other workers’ cards or transactions
Company balance or funding details
Workers can:
Freeze a card temporarily
Unfreeze it later to resume spending
Block a card
View transactions on their cards
Upload receipts and memos when required
Update submissions if corrections are needed
