Time Tracking (Worker FAQs)

Written by Sameer B.

I lost connection / my battery died mid-session. Did I lose my time?

No. The clock keeps running in the background, so your session is safe. Just remember to stop it yourself when you finish.

I stopped my session by accident — can I restart it?

Stopped sessions can't be restarted. Either delete it and start a new session, or add the time back as a manual entry.

I forgot to stop my timer. What happens?

The system auto clocks you out once you hit your total allowed time (regular hours + threshold + max overtime). The session appears as “Pending Submission” for you to review and submit.

Can I still edit a session after I submit it?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been approved yet. Approved sessions are locked.

My session was rejected — how do I know why?

Your client is always required to enter a reason when declining a session. You'll see it in the session breakdown, then you can revise and resubmit.

Why didn't my regular hours create a payment?

If you're on an EoR, Direct Employee, Fixed Contractor, or Pay As You Go Per Month contract, your regular hours are already covered by your fixed pay. Only valid overtime creates an additional payment.
