Remotepass shows different transaction details to admins and workers to balance visibility, privacy, and control.
Admins (or company users with the appropriate permissions) can view all Spend Card transactions across the company, including:
Merchant name
Transaction date and time
Amount and currency
Category
Transaction type (online or POS)
Card name
Worker name
Department (if assigned)
Receipt upload status
Memo submission status
This helps admins monitor spend, enforce compliance, and support audits.
Workers (own cards only)
Workers can view transactions made with their own Spend Cards, including the key transaction details and whether a receipt or memo is required/submitted.
