1. Why verification is required
When ordering a Remotepass Card, you’ll need to verify your address by submitting a Proof of Address document. This is a standard compliance requirement set by our card issuer.
2. Acceptable document types
You can provide one of the following:
Utility Bills (Electricity, Water, Internet service, etc.)
Bank Statements or Credit Card Statements
3. Document requirements
Your Proof of Address must:
Be dated within the last 3 months
Be in full width (uncropped, fully visible)
Display the issuer’s company logo or name
Include your full name and address
Sensitive information, such as account balances, may be redacted
4. Remotepass card statuses
Unverified Status
Once you have submitted your request, you will receive immediate access to the Card with limitations, you will have a $1,000 top up limit and spend. .
Verified Status
Once the team has reviewed the information provided (usually within 48 hours) and if you are eligible you will be verified. Your limit will be lifted and you will receive an email notification.
In certain cases, an enhanced verification is required, where extra information and documentation is requested. If this is the case, you will be notified.
