Now, it's time to integrate your NetSuite account with RemotePass.

  • Click on the Integrations tab under the Company Settings.

  • Click connect and enter your NetSuite Account ID, Consumer Key and Secret

  • Login to NetSuite account in the following screen and allow access.

If you’re unfamiliar with creating NetSuite API credentials,
see our NetSuite API Credentials Guide for step-by-step instructions.

Initial Setup

To Complete the initial setup:

  1. Map your NetSuite GL Accounts with RemotePass categories and click Continue.

  2. Select the date you want the NetSuite sync starts. You may select in retrospective.

  3. Map your workers with vendors defined on NetSuite and click Save.
If you do not have vendors defined on RemotePass, leave it as it is. RemotePass will automatically create new vendors on NetSuite for these workers.

If you have multiple subsidiaries, you will be asked to assign a primary subsidiary for each worker to be used for vendor creation on NetSuite.

Final Step: Verify Your Connection

You will be notified by an email once the initial synchronization is complete. Follow these steps accordingly:

  1. Check Last Sync Date on the NetSuite Integrations Card displayed under the integrations list.

  2. Click Review. Check Sync Status on the right top of the screen.

  3. Click Invoices and check invoice statuses.

  4. Login to your NetSuite account and verify that your workers exist under
    Lists > Relationships > Vendors.

  5. Go to Bills and verify that the amounts, GL accounts and invoice IDs on the bills match with your RemotePass transactions.

RemotePass records your bills as Approved into NetSuite. Bills are not marked as paid and no payment entry is done.
