Edit an Entry Before It's Approved
You can edit a time entry only while it hasn't been approved yet. Once a session is approved, it's locked and can no longer be edited.
If your employer requires it, you'll be asked to add a reason for the edit.
Track the Status of Every Submission
From the Time Tracking main menu page, you can see the status of each entry at a glance, whether it's paid, pending, or rejected.
When a client declines a session, they are always required to enter a reason, so you'll know exactly what to fix before you resubmit. Rejected sessions are sent back to you for revision and resubmission.
Stay Notified
You'll receive a notification email on every status change, so you always know the moment a session is approved, rejected, or paid.
