Follow these steps to connect your Workday account with RemotePass

1. General Setup

Before You Start

  • Administrator access — only Workday admins can connect it to RemotePass

  • Email alignment — ensure the home or work email of the worker in Workday matches the email in RemotePass (if the worker already exists).

  • Aligned policies — review your time-off policies in Workday and RemotePass to avoid sync mismatches guideline.

Step 1 – Configure Workday

  1. Generate a new Web Services Endpoint URL (to be used during connection)

  2. Create a custom field named (exactly) "Remotepass Employment Type".

  3. For each worker you want to sync, set this field to the appropriate value (EOR, DE, Contractor or COR)

Step 2 – Connect to RemotePass

In RemotePass, go to Integration Settings → Workday.

  1. Enter your credentials, Web Service Endpoint URL and click Continue.

  2. You are all set!
