Follow these steps to set up your credentials and ensure you connect BambooHR to RemotePass seamlessly.
Generating the API Key
Open your BambooHR account and click API Keys on your profile.
Click Add New API Key, enter a name and click Generate Key.
Copy the Key for using during RemotePass connection.
Important Reminder: BambooHR won’t show the API Key again. Store it somewhere secure—you’ll paste them when connecting BambooHR.
Identifying the BambooHR Domain Name
To identify BambooHR Domain Name
Login to your BambooHR Account
Check the URL in your browser. The word before ‘.bamboohr.com’ is your BambooHR domain. (Example: acme.bamboohr.com → acme)
