What do the different Payment Statuses mean?

Learn about the payment statuses applicable to contractors

Under the Payments tab of your contract, you may see various payment statuses. Below is a description of each status.

Your company hasn’t initiated this payment yet.

Your company initiated the payment. We’re waiting for the funds to arrive.

The payment has been credited to your RemotePass account.

This payment was canceled or declined by the company and will not be processed.
