We know that policies change and when they do, your agent instructions should too. You can edit any live instruction at any time and the change takes effect immediately.
Editing an instruction
Go to Agent Hub in the main navigation menu.
Select the Time Off Agent.
Find the instruction you want to update and click Edit.
To view the full logic hit View logic. Make your changes. You can update the wording, adjust the conditions, or change whether the agent approves, declines flags on a match.
Click Save Changes to apply the change.
The updated instruction takes effect immediately for new requests coming in.
