Important Note about Workers Currently Using Work Submissions

One of the objectives of time tracking is to provide a time based replacement for work submissions. Each submission of time tracking session also has document upload section that can be used to track the outputs of the work together with the time spent.

Pay As You Go Per Hour and Per Minute Contractors:

  • If the workers have existing work submissions on the platform, they can still use the work submission flow, together with time tracking. It is up to you to migrate totally to time tracking, keep using work submissions or use both.

  • If the workers didn’t use work submissions before and doesn’t have any existing work on the platform, then these workers will only see time tracking as part of our effort to replace work submissions for these worker types with time tracking. You can collect documents of the work done inside the time tracking submissions.

Pay As You Go Per Day and Per Month Contractors:

  • Will still be seeing work submission tab regardless if there is existing usage or not, to provide maximum flexibility on the tracking the work done.

Pay As You Go Per Task and Milestones type Contractors:

  • still be seeing work submission tab regardless if there is existing usage or not, to provide maximum flexibility on the tracking the work done.

Fixed Contractors, EoR and Direct Employees doesn’t have work submissions available on the platform.
