This integration helps you easily manage employee time-off by automatically syncing approved leave requests from BambooHR directly into RemotePass.
How It Works
Automatic Sync: When an employee’s time-off request is approved in BambooHR, it quickly (within minutes) syncs over to RemotePass.
Future Requests Only: Only upcoming, approved requests are synced, keeping your payroll and leave records accurate.
Updates & Changes: If leave requests are modified or canceled in BambooHR, RemotePass will automatically reflect these changes.
Historical Data Protection: Previous leave records remain unchanged, avoiding any confusion or extra work.
Who’s Included?
You can choose which contract types are included in the sync (such as EOR, DE, Fixed, PAYG, Milestone).
After enabling the sync, employees should request time-off exclusively through BambooHR. (Neither you, nor the workers can create time-off request on RemotePass)

Q: What happens to leave entered in RemotePass before integration?
A: Historical leave records are unaffected. Only future approved requests from BambooHR are synced.
Q: Can employees still request time-off directly in RemotePass?
A: No. Once enabled, employees must use BambooHR to request leave. RemotePass remains the reporting system only. For the workers that are not being synced, time-off process will remain the same on RemotePass.
Q: What else can I do in RemotePass if the BambooHR is connected?
Except the time off requests processing, you can still:
Adjust leave balances as needed.
Create and manage your company's specific time-off policies.
Assign or modify time-off policies for individual employees.
