Remotepass Spend Cards let admins control where cards can be used by setting separate limits for online and POS (Point of Sale) transactions.

Online transaction limit

Controls how much a card can spend on online or digital payments, such as:

  • Website purchases

  • SaaS subscriptions

  • Online service payments

  • In-app transactions

If a transaction exceeds the online limit, it will be declined.

POS transaction limit

Controls how much a card can spend at physical merchants, such as:

  • In-store purchases (including Apple Pay)

  • Terminal-based card payments

  • Offline merchant transactions

If a transaction exceeds the POS limit, it will be declined
