Common reasons:
Insufficient company balance: Spend Cards use a shared company balance, if it’s low, transactions are declined.
Limit exceeded: The card’s available limit (online/POS) or max transaction limit is too low.
Card status: The card is frozen (no spending) or blocked (permanent).
Merchant/network restrictions: Some merchants or transaction types may be unsupported, or there may be a temporary network issue.
What to do:
Check with your admin to confirm card status, limits, and available balance.
If everything looks fine, retry or contact Remotepass Support.
