We know that approval logic changes over time. If an instruction is no longer needed or you want to pause it, you can turn it off or remove it in just a few steps.
Turning off an instruction (without deleting it)
If you want to pause an instruction without removing it permanently:
Go to Agent Hub in the main navigation menu.
Select the agent whose instruction you want to pause.
Find the instruction and use the toggle to switch it off.
The instruction stays saved but will not be applied to incoming requests while it is off. You can toggle it back on at any time.
Deleting an instruction
If you want to remove an instruction permanently:
Go to Agent Hub in the main navigation menu.
Select the agent whose instruction you want to delete.
Find the instruction and hit Edit
Then click the Delete Instruction button.
Finally confirm that you want to delete the instruction
Deleted instructions cannot be recovered. If you think you might need the instruction again, use the toggle to switch it off instead.
