One-time Spend Cards

A one-time Spend Card allows spending up to a fixed amount for a specific purpose. The worker can make multiple transactions using the card until the set limit is fully used. Once the limit is exhausted, the card automatically stops working.

Admins can increase or decrease the limit at any time.

Best used for:

  • One-off purchases

  • Vendor payments

  • Short-term or ad hoc expenses

Monthly recurring Spend Cards

A monthly recurring Spend Card has a spending limit that resets automatically every month. If the limit is reached within the month, the card will stop working until the next reset.

Admins can increase or decrease the limit at any time.

Best used for:

  • Subscriptions

  • Travel and recurring expenses

  • Monthly team budgets

  • Ongoing operational costs

Important things to note

  • The card frequency must be selected when the card is created

  • Card frequency cannot be changed after creation

  • Card limits can be edited for both one-time and monthly recurring cards
