By enabling verification letters for contractors, your team can generate and download a document at any time that confirms the contractor’s income, job title, contract status, and the signatory’s details.
How to enable the verification letter?
To enable the verification letter for all contractors, follow these steps:
Navigate to Company Settings.
Locate and select the Contract Settings tab.
Enable the Verification Letter toggle and provide the required details to automatically generate the document:
Signatory user
Signatory Role
Contact email
Once enabled, the verification letter will be available for download by both Clients and Contractors in the Documents section of the respective contract.
Verification letters are not available for contractors of record.
