How do I create and assign a Spend Card to a worker?

Understand how a spend card can be created and assigned to a worker for office expenses.

Admins (or company users with the right permissions) can create Spend Cards and assign them to workers. Each card can be configured with its own spending limits and frequency.

Create a virtual Spend Card

  1. Go to the Spend Cards page and click New Card.

  2. Select the worker and enter a card name (for example, Travel) for easy identification.

  3. Set the spend limits and choose the card frequency: One-time or Monthly.

  4. (Optional) Set Auto-block Date and Max Transaction Amount Limit.

  5. Click Create Card.
