Enable Clients to share calendar feeds from RemotePass, syncing events such as time-off, company holidays, and other scheduled activities with external calendar applications like Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook.
Selecting Events and Generating Links
To choose which events to sync with external calendars:
Go to the Calendar page from the top header.
Click the Create iCalendar Feeds icon.
Select an event from the list and click Create iCalendar Link.
Click the Copy Link icon for the desired event.
Adding Links to External Calendars
To view events in an external calendar:
Open your external calendar.
Add a new calendar by pasting the link into the appropriate URL field.
Follow the setup instructions for Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or Apple Calendar as needed.
Events from RemotePass will now appear in your external calendar.

Managing iCalendar Feeds
To control calendar link settings:
Click the Create iCalendar Feeds icon.
Click Regenerate Link to deactivate the old link and generate a new one.
Click Delete Link to deactivate an existing link.

Events sync from the 1st day of the previous month to the last day of the 6th month ahead. For example, if generating events on January 14, the sync will include events from December 1 to June 30.
