If you suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity on a Spend Card, act immediately to stop further transactions and protect company funds.
Step 1. Block the card
If you’re a worker
Go to Spend Cards in your dashboard.
Open the affected card.
Click Block Card.
Confirm the action.
Blocking stops transactions instantly and is irreversible.
If you’re an admin (or company users with the appropriate permissions)
Block the card immediately from the Cards tab
Review recent transactions for suspicious activity
Issue a replacement card if needed
Step 2: Report it to Remotepass
Contact Remotepass Support and share:
Last four digits of the card
Suspicious transaction, amount and merchant name
Any supporting context or screenshots
This helps the support team guide you on the next steps.
