Ask AI lets you ask questions about your RemotePass data in any language and get answers back in seconds. Whether you need a headcount breakdown by country, a list of contractors with expiring agreements, or a summary of time-off balances. You can ask it directly, in your own words, in any language.
Ask AI can now act on your data too — amending a contract, approving a pending payment, or updating an approval flow — without you leaving the conversation. Beyond answering questions, Ask AI can take 13 kinds of action directly in RemotePass. Every action is covered by a permission you control — Ask AI asks first by default, and you decide, tool by tool, whether it should keep asking, always go ahead, or never touch that action at all.
Contracts
Create a contract — set up a new contract (fixed, PAYG, milestone, or EOR employment)

How it works
Ask AI reads your live RemotePass data. Results reflect what is in the platform right now. Your role-based access applies — Ask AI can only surface data, and take action on data, your account has permission to see and touch.
For compliance questions, Ask AI draws from the RemotePass knowledge base — not from public web sources. Every compliance answer is grounded in the same knowledge base that underpins EOR delivery across 150+ countries.
When your question returns structured data, Ask AI presents it as a table directly in the panel. Where relevant, it links you to the corresponding report in RemotePass with the correct filters already applied, so you can work with the data further from there.
Data privacy
Ask AI only pulls data from your own RemotePass account. Your data is never used to train AI models, never aggregated across accounts, and never sold. RemotePass is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant.
