In most cases, top-ups are reflected within 2 business days, but international transfers can take longer depending on intermediary banks and your bank’s processing.

View your current balance on the Spend Cards page
See incoming top-ups in the Top-ups tab
Once you send a transfer, you don’t need to notify us, your balance will update automatically when your funds are received, and you’ll get an email notification.
Common reasons for delays include:
Bank cut-off times
Weekends or public holidays
The sender bank’s internal compliance or review process
