How can I reset the PIN for my physical card?

If you’ve forgotten your existing Physical card PIN or simply want to set a new one, you can easily reset it in your RemotePass account.
Steps:

  1. Log in to your RemotePass account.

  2. Go to the Cards page → Select the Physical card toggle → Click the ⋮ menu → Choose Reset PIN.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity and set your new 4-digit PIN.

Your new PIN will be active immediately.
