You Control What Gets Synced
You decide which employees are included. A custom field in SuccessFactors flags the profiles in scope and how each should be treated (EOR, DE, Contractor or COR); during connection you map it to RemotePass Employment Type. Employees without the field are never fetched. Only administrators can set up the sync, and each module is enabled separately.

Bring employees into RemotePass with their SuccessFactors data already in place, create contracts one by one or in bulk, and keep them up to date as SuccessFactors changes.
